Thank u Admin and darkangel, so i did troubleshoot this issue. So it definitely has to do with DirectX files, i tried installing this on Win7 (x64bit) but it fails to download the Directx files which gives another error like 0xc0000147 error.
On a Win 7 (x32bit) it says 0xc0000142 error. So i tried every ways that could fix this error but it didn't. So i tried this on a Win 10 (x64bit). The DirectX file that was be downloaded from the bootstrap did download, i think Microsoft did a major fix with such issues in Win10. So the game ran without any errors even after a pc restart or after 1-2 hrs. So what can i say, this was a major setback from CAPCOM release because some games like Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City ran fine and without a single download required. Although i don't think this Racoon City was a CAPCOM release.
But i did notice, this site has some adware attached with it. Just after 2 days Mozilla Firefox prevented me from opening this site and said Phishing warning. Please do not attach ad along with page. Or it will look like SKIDROW OR DODI REPACKS. Elamigosedition has so far maintained a clean page and now ads are running.
Please do not kill this site with ads. Thank u for ur time.

I did try this on a Win 7 (x64bit) machine and it had problems downloading the DirectX files. On double clicking the game.exe file , it showed a number of dll file not being present. So probably i'll troubleshoot this for few days and see what wrong i was doing. Thank u for time, tough (Admin)

Although i havn't done that the exe file simply shows that 0xc0000142 error
On trying out on a X64bit machine it say various dll files, that would mean the DirectX files are not downloaded
So i'll troubleshoot this problem and see what the solution is. Thank u for ur time

  There may be a directx installation file in the game files, or suggests installation at the end of the game installation.

    Yes... Indeed... That's true... But if he had a problem when he tried to install DirectX, maybe he can try with another version or another link (from the official Microsoft site for example)...

I can play the game in story mode. After first two times, it saves also.
But when i restart after 5-10 min i get this error.

How do i fix this error. Or else the quality of games here is unmatched. Should i be playing this on a x64-bit machine.
