How Soulstice Plays
Combat is a two-character system. You control Briar directly with her sword and weapon combos. Lute floats beside you as a ghostly aura - she can stun enemies, reveal hidden paths, or boost your damage. You switch between them mid-fight. Not gonna lie, it takes a few tries to get the rhythm. But once you do, it clicks.
The story digs into the Chimera order itself. Dark secrets, betrayals, the usual. But the presentation - with Stefani Joosten's voice acting - makes it stick. The art style blends classical Japanese aesthetics with grim fantasy. Some areas look beautiful. Others are just... gross. Trust me on this.
