Installer error? Install VC 2013 x64

It turns out that some of my releases, mainly those with the additional annotation "Credits to Razor12911" require the installation of "Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 64bit". Without it, the installer will not work correctly. It can be downloaded from many sources, just one sample link:
