Ayumi is no damsel in distress. She swings two blades and casts spells like fireballs and lightning. Combat switches between melee slashes and ranged magic. You can even slow down time mid-fight. Not gonna lie - it feels awesome.
Over thirty monster types keep things fresh. Each enemy fights differently. Some rush, some hang back and shoot. You earn XP, unlock new skills, and gradually turn into a one-woman army. I died. A lot. But respawning just means another chance to perfect your combo.
The game has about forty stages with hidden treasures and secret areas. Your choices during dialogue affect which ending you get. Light path or dark path - your call.
