You step off the transport in London, 2237. The city is a wreck - Big Ben is a rusted shell, the Thames glows green, and something is moving in the shadows. Fallout London drops you into this mess with no map and plenty of questions.

Honestly? You won't find super mutants here. London has its own horrors. The Gentry rule from their towers, the Tommies enforce order, and Camelot knights plot rebellion. Pick a side or don't. Just survive.

This free total conversion mod requires Fallout 4 Complete Edition and Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition. The file size is 39.63GB. Updated to version 2.31.2 as of July 25, 2024. Installation takes roughly 8 minutes with an SSD and 16 threads.

2. Extract using 7-Zip or WinRAR.
3. Burn or mount the image.
4. Run the installer.

Inside Fallout London

You wake up in a crypt. Outside, the city stretches in all directions. Fifteen boroughs wait, each with its own flavor of chaos. You'll meet the Gentry - aristocrats who never let a nuclear war ruin their party. The Tommies serve them blindly. The 5th Column wants to burn it all down. And Camelot? They carry swords and hope. Not gonna lie - picking a faction is the hardest choice you'll make.

Combat feels different. No super mutants means new enemies. You craft weapons from junk - a lead pipe becomes a statement. Armor mixes WWII surplus with knight plate. You look ridiculous. You also survive. I died. A lot.

Over 200 quests branch based on your decisions. One dialogue choice might make you an enemy of the Isle of Dogs Syndicate. Another opens paths with Angel, the mysterious remnants of the old world. 90 hours of gameplay, easy to lose track of time.
