How BALL x PIT Plays

This is not your usual roguelike. You explore the ruins of Ballbylon, but combat feels like Arkanoid with legs. Bouncing projectiles, advancing rows, tight corridors. The game makes you think about angles constantly. Honestly? Most runs end because you forgot about a corner.

You get new characters as you go. Each one has strengths and weaknesses. One run you are fast and fragile. The next, slow and tanky. That keeps things fresh. Combine projectiles mid-run to discover stronger effects. I died. A lot. But that is part of the loop.

Between runs, you return to New Ballbylon. Build structures, assign characters to automated tasks, and prepare for the next push. It gives failure meaning. You always come back stronger.
