How Screamer Plays
The ECHO system is your best friend. Boost past opponents. Strike them with precision. Throw up a shield. Honest? You'll die. A lot. Until you master the timing. It feels like Split/Second: Velocity with combat, mixed with the destruction of Carmageddon Rogue Shift.
The story features voice work from Troy Baker and cutscenes from Polygon Pictures. Anime-inspired, 80s and 90s vibes. Sometimes you just sit and watch. Characters talk about longing, ambition, vengeance. You pick your driver and the tournament unfolds.
Multiplayer? Online or split-screen. Several modes. Some focus on pure takedowns, others on staying in Overdrive as long as possible. Overdrive activates when you push ECHO to the limit. No mercy. No brakes. Full-throttle chaos.
