How Directive 8020 Plays

You explore the Cassiopeia from a third-person perspective. Dark corridors, damaged systems, rooms that smell like death. Conversations with surviving crew members shape the plot. Trust me, you will second-guess every word they say. The alien copies its victims perfectly. Who is human and who is not? Easy? Not really.

You can fight back using improvised weapons, but stealth keeps you alive longer. The creature moves fast in narrow passages. One wrong turn and it is behind you. I died. A lot. The game supports both singleplayer and co-op for up to five players. Online or local couch co-op movie night mode works well. Multiple endings and the Turning Points system let you replay scenes and find alternate paths. Fans of Aliens Dark Descent will recognize the creeping tension. If you enjoy top-down roguelite runs with permadeath, try Deadzone Rogue.
