How The Gunk Plays
You explore large connected zones. Each area has puzzles to solve. Move a crate. Find a path. Open a shortcut. The glove isn't just a vacuum. It reveals hidden platforms and buried objects. Clean enough goo and new paths appear. The world opens up. Not gonna lie, I got stuck on one puzzle for twenty minutes. The solution was obvious. I felt stupid. But the game never punishes you for exploring.
Enemies are few but varied. Some shoot goo. Some charge. Some explode. You learn patterns fast. Die and you restart at the last clean zone. Checkpoints are generous. I died. A lot. Mostly from rushing.

The visual shift from dead to alive is the star. One moment everything is grey and sticky. Next it's bright and buzzing. Easy? Not really. Some jumps require timing. But it's fair. The Gunk is a chill adventure that respects your time. About five hours. Good for a weekend. If you like cleaning up messes in games, this is for you. The Gunk does one thing and does it well.
