What is Sonic Frontiers

You arrive on the Starfall Islands alone. Dr. Eggman messed with something he should not have. Now an AI named Sage watches your every move. The islands are not just levels - they are real places you explore freely.

Collect Memory Tokens to free your friends. Earn XP from fights and upgrade your Speed, Attack, Defense, and Ring capacity. The Cyloop move lets you draw a cybernetic loop around enemies, launching them into the air. Easy? Not really. But you get better.

Combat is meatier than before. You chain combos, fight colossal bosses, and sometimes just stand there looking at a giant structure wondering how to climb it. I died. A lot. But the open design means you always have options.

Platforming challenges and time trials break up the action. If you like loop-filled adventures, check out Sonic Lost World or the classic Sonic the Hedgehog 4.
