It's a point-and-click adventure from 1993. Remastered. You click around, combine items, talk to weird characters. The writing is sharp. Trust me on this. You'll spend ten minutes staring at a hamster wheel wondering what to do.
Each character has unique abilities. Bernard is the nerd, Hoagie the roadie, Laverne the scientist. Time travel means you can do something in the past that changes the future. I died. A lot. Not from combat - from sheer confusion.
The visuals got a facelift. Hand-drawn backgrounds, smoother animations. Still looks like a cartoon - that's the point. Available in English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish with English and German audio.
So if you want a laugh and a challenge, Day of the Tentacle Remastered delivers. Just don't forget to carry a spare sword. Yeah, that happens.
