Inside Towerborne - Belfry, Battles, and Beyond

Combat is fast and combo-driven. You choose your weapon - maces, gauntlets, daggers, swords, shields - and each one changes how you handle a fight. Not gonna lie, I died a lot on my first few runs. The Umbra system is your backup. These shadows grant unique abilities when you're outnumbered or stuck. Easy? Not really. But that's what makes it good.

Co-op supports up to four players. With friends, you chain combos and cover each other. Solo, your build and Umbra choices carry the weight. Sometimes you just stand there and stare at the Belfry map, planning the next push outward. The world evolves over seasons, adding regions and new threats. The sense of progression and evolving world feels familiar if you've played Tower of Time. Summoning Umbra for backup is similar to calling allies in Sunbreak War.

The story campaign gives each run a reason. You're uncovering what destroyed the City of Numbers and the other enclaves. It's not just grinding - it's figuring out what went wrong and how to stop it from happening again.
