  Create a folder called "documents" in Users-->Public--Documents.
  
  In this documents folder, create an empty folder called "steam".
  
  You can also try to update your graphic driver/DirectX, disable your antivirus, install the game in default directory & launch it in admin mode.

Can you provide Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst? I downloaded it on another website but failed to open it said error 0x00074 or something like that Even though previously it could be opened, if you wish I am very grateful, Because I can't download the pack version because the system is inadequate.
