What is Creaks?

Creaks is a puzzle-adventure game by Amanita Design, the studio behind Machinarium. You explore hand-drawn environments filled with dog-like monsters that react to light. Hide, observe, and figure out their patterns. Easy? Not really. One wrong step and you're back to the last checkpoint.

The game tells its story without a single line of dialogue. Just visuals and sound. I died a lot. But each death taught me something. The puzzles range from simple lever-pulling to multi-step logic that makes your brain sweat.
