Art of Rally is a minimalistic racing game dedicated to car rallies. The production was developed by Funselektor Labs, an independent studio whose portfolio includes the warmly received Absolute Drift.
Mechanics
In Art of Rally the action was shown from a bird's eye view. More than thirty cult rally cars were put at our disposal; we are talking about cars from the sixties, seventies and eighties, as well as from Group S and the legendary Group B. As we take the wheel of one of them, we fight for victory on fifty tracks located in Finland, Sardinia, Norway, Japan and Germany. Although the driving model is arcade-like (additionally, nothing stands in the way of activating various assists), it's worth taking care not to damage the vehicle too much, as defects need to be repaired during a technical break, for which we have limited time between subsequent special stages.
Game modes
Although we won't find a multiplayer mode in Art of Rally, its substitute is online rankings, where we can boast about our achievements in daily and weekly challenges.
Technical issues
Art of Rally has simple, yet pleasing to the eye, colorful graphics. The gameplay takes place to the accompaniment of a catchy soundtrack.
