You wake up on a beach. You're a fox. There's a sword stuck in the sand next to you. Something's not right - but you're not sure what. Welcome to Tunic, an isometric adventure that doesn't explain much. And that's the point.
The world around you is beautiful but deadly. Enemies hide around every corner. A strange language covers every sign and book. Honestly? You'll figure it out. English words pop up just often enough to keep you going.

How Tunic Plays
Inspired by the 8- and 16-bit era - especially The Legend of Zelda - Tunic throws you into partially open maps full of secrets. You collect items, solve puzzles, and fight enemies. No traditional RPG stats here. You just upgrade your gear to get stronger.
Boss fights are tough. Trust me, you'll die. A lot. Sometimes you just stand there and stare at the screen wondering what hit you. The combat uses arcade-style mechanics with varied attacks and dodge rolls. Lesson learned: always carry a spare sword.
