Inside King Arthur: Legion IX
This is a tactical RPG that blends turn-based combat with city-building. It's the sequel to King Arthur: Knight's Tale, mixing elements of a roleplaying wargame with Roman mythology. You command units of demonic Romans - think centurions with hellfire. The campaign spans 15 missions, each throwing different enemies at you. Nightmares. Ancient knights. Other demons. It gets wild.
You also manage Nova Roma, your base. Each building gives perks to your heroes. Resource management matters. Neglect it, and you'll struggle in battle. Honestly, I spent more time planning my city than fighting sometimes.
Six playable heroes, each with unique skill trees. Mix and match your party. Want a tanky frontliner? A spell-slinging demon? Go for it. No permadeath - experiment away. Not gonna lie, some of those nightmarish creatures caught me off guard.
