About Dear Esther: Landmark Edition

Dear Esther: Landmark Edition is a walking simulator where you explore a Hebridean island. There's no HUD, no objectives. Just you and the environment. You wander along paths, through caves, up cliffs. A narrator reads letters to Esther, but the story is fragmented. Honest? Sometimes you just stand there and stare at the scenery.

The Landmark Edition brings updated visuals using Unity, a new soundtrack, and developer commentary. You can enable enlarged subtitles and achievements. It's a short experience - about two hours. But it stays with you. I died. A lot? No, you can't die. But emotionally? Yeah.

Available in English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Russian, Polish, Czech, Bulgarian, Hungarian, Chinese, Portuguese, Brazilian, and Turkish. Audio only in English.
