Combat here is about movement first. You dash, you evade, you counter. Don't stand still-standing still means getting swarmed. I died a lot at first. Honestly, you will too. Chains evolve into flashy combos, but you don't need to be a pro to enjoy the action.
The roguelike structure means permadeath. Each run is a fresh start. But the twist is skill sharing: you can transfer abilities between characters. That means your second run feels different. You experiment more. Levels are procedurally generated, so no two runs are identical.
