You explore the sprawling ruins of Hallownest. The map is empty at first. You fill it yourself, one bench at a time. Combat is simple - slash, dodge, heal - but bosses force you to learn patterns. I died. A lot. The art style is hand-drawn and moody, with a soundtrack that sticks in your head for days.
Exploration is king here. Every new area feels like a reward. You'll find hidden paths, secret bosses, and upgrades that change how you play. Sometimes you just stand there and stare at the background art. It's that good.
