How Final Fantasy III Plays

The job system is the star here. You can switch between over 20 classes mid-battle. One moment you're a black mage casting fire. The next? A dragoon leaping onto enemies. Yeah, that's the good stuff. Honestly? It takes a while to master.

The story follows four orphans who stumble upon a crystal. Standard fantasy setup. But the combat keeps you hooked. Turn-based and tactical. I died. A lot. Enemies don't mess around.

This version got a visual overhaul. The 3D world is charming, with colorful towns and dangerous dungeons. You can also switch between the 1990 soundtrack and a remastered one. Both are great. Available in English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and Thai.

Fans of classic jRPGs might also like Final Fantasy V for its similar job system, or Final Fantasy VI for a deeper story.
