What’s the Story?
Welcome to the continent of Artemesia. Once filled with thriving kingdoms, it’s now ruled by the iron fist of Emperor Ludivictus. You play as Eden, a mercenary who gets tangled in a web of aristocratic deceit. With nowhere to turn, you join the rebels aiming to topple the tyrant. Sounds intense, right?
But here’s the catch: the story is pretty linear. No moral dilemmas to chew on - just a straight path to victory (or defeat). Sometimes, less is more!
Gameplay Mechanics
Ready to dive in? First, you'll create your character, choosing everything from gender to appearance. Then, it’s time for action! The gameplay revolves around two main aspects:
- Turn-Based Battles: Command your troops from a bird’s eye view. Positioning is key - high ground means a tactical advantage. Remember: soldiers on hills are much harder to take down!
- Camp Visits: Control Eden in third-person view. Recruit and train your soldiers, forge friendships, and navigate the political landscape. Don't forget to accept quests to advance the story and earn sweet rewards!
