How Wartales Plays
Think of Wartales as Wartile's bigger, meaner cousin. You explore a sandbox world on foot, chasing quests and avoiding bandits. Combat is turn-based and rewards smart positioning. Your champion units can turn a losing fight into a rout - if you keep them alive. I lost my best archer to a random wolf pack. Yeah, that happens.
Camp management matters too. You feed your crew, craft weapons, and research new skills. Every piece of gear you forge might save a life. Sometimes you just stand there and stare at the crafting menu wondering where your iron went.
