Game Description

The fog lifts over a German forest. Tanks rumble forward. Helicopters sweep low. You're commanding NATO forces in Wargame European Escalation, and the Cold War just got hot.

This isn't a game you can pause. Units roll in from the edge of the map. You spot enemy armor through the trees. Wait. Is that an anti-air missile? Yeah, that happens. You learn to keep your recon alive.

Inside Wargame European Escalation

You're not clicking through a tech tree. You pick your units before the match, then deploy them on a real map. Forests block line of sight. Hills give advantage. Towns become kill zones. Recon is everything. One hidden scout can spot an entire enemy push.

The campaign drops you into historical Cold War scenarios. Each mission has a briefing, an objective, and a lot of angry enemies. You unlock new units as you advance. Sometimes you just stand there and stare at the map, wondering where that artillery strike came from. Not gonna lie - I lost a whole battalion to a single howitzer battery once.

Multiplayer is where the game shines. You and another player duke it out with hundreds of units each. The scale is ridiculous. Tanks, infantry, helicopters, planes - all moving at once. You can play as NATO or the Warsaw Pact. Available in English, Polish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Russian, Czech, Hungarian, Japanese and Traditional Chinese.
