You follow a linear mission path from one harsh location to another. Ruins. Swamps. Abandoned cities that look beautiful but want you dead. The game throws you into a rhythm: quiet exploration, then sudden chaos when zombies rush in. I died. A lot. That first ambush in the ruins? Yeah, it got me.

Combat is straightforward. You pick up guns, melee weapons, and grenades. Shoot explosive barrels to clear crowds. Manage your ammo and health kits. It is not a sandbox - you are on rails, and that works. Every area feels fresh, every fight forces a new decision. Use a grenade now or save it? Pop the barrel or risk the swarm?

You can hide the HUD by pressing TAB if you want more tension. The photorealistic graphics make every shadow suspicious. The game is described as the zombie-only version of Night of the Dead's universe, with tighter levels and a focused campaign.
