Your population splits into three castes, each with their own needs. Ignore them and your town stalls. Keep them happy and you push higher. You'll build multiple towns across different peaks, connected by trade routes. Transport is the real puzzle. Roads work on flat ground, but mountains need bridges, lifts, and underground shafts. Yaks help carriers move goods. It's practical and oddly satisfying.
