You play as Ao Hoshizaki, a Japanese high school girl attending a strange school on an island. None of the girls remember how they got there or much about their past lives. You all know this is not your real world and you want to find a way back.

One day a portal appears leading to new areas. You go with your friends to investigate but monsters attack. Luckily mystical powers awaken in you allowing you to fight back. These powers let you organize expeditions to learn the truth about this place and earn your return home.

Exploring Worlds of Memory

The locations you visit are built from fragments of your lost memories. Every trip gives a chance to recover parts of the past. You travel to these Heartscapes that show the hearts and minds of each character. The voice and memories of the girls come back during these visits.

Real Time Battles With Commands

Combat takes place in real time but you do not control characters directly. Instead you give orders to your team. When you open the command menu time stops so you can decide carefully. The girls have unique abilities and you can chain attacks into strong combinations for maximum damage. Battles feel fast and powerful as you unleash skills one after another.

Life at School

Between expeditions you spend time at the school. Here you develop relationships with other girls by listening to their requests, helping them with tasks, studying together and even going on dates. These interactions affect the story and unlock better items through crafting that help in your fights.

Building and Improving the School

You can use resources gathered from your trips to construct new facilities. Build things like a takoyaki stand or a pool based on what the girls like or what interests you. This school development lets you create a place you enjoy and opens new ways to interact with the characters.
