How Duskfade Plays

Duskfade puts you in a third-person action platformer where you guide Zirian through a clockpunk land after the Clock Tower trapped everything in night. You run, jump, dash, grapple and glide while Cuckoo stays with you. Combat asks you to stay in motion. Melee hits and quick dodges keep you alive when enemies close in.

The route takes you through ethereal forests, underwater realms, sandy dunes and peaks that sit in the clouds. You sprint along a ridge, miss a timing window, and drop toward a ledge you barely catch. Easy? Not really. You grapple a hanging fixture, swing, then glide toward a distant platform while something below tries to knock you off. Keep your eyes on the next hold. One late dash and you start the climb again.

The story follows Zirian as he tries to save his sister from the claws of Despair and restore the fabric of time. The Clock Tower drowned this place in eternal night, and the secrets of the Master Clockmakers sit behind that problem. You meet a cast of charming characters and face forgotten foes, each tied to an emotional hurdle. It is a coming-of-age path with heart, loss, and the courage to walk into what you do not know.
