Both games share the same universe but feel different. Spartan Assault is an isometric shooter where you fight waves of Covenant. You unlock abilities, use vehicles, and try to survive. I died. A lot. Spartan Strike tightens the controls and adds new mission types. The story connects Halo 3 and 4, so lore fans will appreciate it.
