Resident Evil 6 Gameplay

Three campaigns that play completely differently. Leon hides in shadows, saves ammo. Chris charges in guns blazing. Jake punches things hard enough to kill them. Honestly? Each story feels like a different game.

You can shoot while moving now. Slide under attacks. The melee system lets you stun and finish zombies with style. New enemies like the J'avo mutate when you shoot them - shoot one arm, it grows a weapon. Surprise.

Co-op is the real deal here. Play split-screen or online with a friend. Each campaign supports two players. And if that's not enough, Mercenaries mode lets six players survive waves of enemies together. Multiplayer goes up to eight. Compared to Resident Evil: Revelations - Complete Pack or Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City Complete Pack, RE6 is bigger and more varied.

I died. A lot. Some sections throw everything at you. But that's the point. You learn, adapt, and push through.
