In Return of the Obra Dinn game, you will play the role of an insurance adjuster for East India Company, a London based company in 1807. The Obra Dinn, which is insured by the said company, had formerly gone mission in the year 1803 during the sail around the Cape of Good Hope. You are tasked to find out the fate of the crews, which include the names, how and where they met their destiny and if they were murdered. You also need who is the killer and the location.

This is a single person game, which allows you to travel around the Obra Dinn, with the use of monochromatic dithering form, which mimics techniques on old games. To complete your task, you will be given a logbook, which consists of a drawing of the members of the crew, ship design and layout as well as crew roster.
