Two games. One massive collection. In Suikoden I, you flee a corrupt empire and gather allies. In Suikoden II, war erupts again and you uncover a sinister plot. The turn-based combat is tactical. Every character brings something unique to the table. You can upgrade your castle, explore dungeons, and lead armies in large-scale battles.

Over 100 characters to recruit. Each one has a backstory, skills, and a reason to fight. You never know who you'll meet next. Sometimes you just stand there and stare at the pixel art backgrounds - they look that good in HD. The auto-save and dialogue logs make it easier to keep track. But don't relax too much. The difficulty spikes will catch you off guard. I died. A lot.
