What do you actually do? Story missions push the plot forward. Side quests distract you. That's the loop. You explore Hawaii on foot, then sail between islands on your ship. Madlantis, Rich Island, the sacred island of Nele - each stop pulls you deeper into a conflict between pirates. And a legendary treasure. Honest? You'll forget about amnesia half the time.

Combat works with two styles. Mad Dog is fast and flashy - stun enemies, burst damage, keep moving. Pirate style uses two short swords. It's swashbuckling, messy, and satisfying. I died. A lot. Especially against captain-type enemies who just don't quit. Third-person perspective keeps every hit close. Sometimes you just stand there and stare at the chaos.

Ship combat is real-time. Position for good angles. Fire. Dodge incoming shots. When you soften them up, board the ship and fight the captain. Win, and you take the ship. Easy? Not really. The sea is loud and everyone's aiming at you. But that loop - see a better ship, beat it, keep it - that's pure pirate logic.
