It is best suited to players who enjoy arcade-style platforming and like replaying levels to do better.

If you expect a brand-new Sonic adventure, this is not that. It is a remaster package. But if the idea of revisiting or trying these older games in either a traditional or refreshed format sounds good, Sonic Origins gives you exactly that without overcomplicating it.
