How Epistory Plays

Type to attack. Type to solve puzzles. Type to explore. The game throws words at you - literally. Each enemy has a word or phrase floating above it. Type it correctly and they go down. Miss? They hit you. Simple enough, right?

Four elemental spells change things up. Fire melts ice enemies. Ice freezes water creatures. Lightning arcs between groups. Wind pushes things around. You unlock these as you progress through the story. Easy? Not really. The difficulty adapts to your typing speed. Slow typists get simpler words. Fast ones face complex sentences. I died. A lot.

The world starts blank - pure white paper. As you explore, color blooms around you. Trees sprout, creatures appear, paths form. It's like watching a pop-up book come to life. The soundtrack shifts with the mood. Whimsical one moment, tense the next.
