You build your Inquisition from scratch. Recruit agents, forge alliances, and decide who lives or dies. The world reacts to your choices. Attack a fortress head-on or sneak in? Your call.

Companions are the heart of this game. Varric cracks jokes. Cassandra judges your every move. Solas... well, you'll find out. Trust me on this - keep him close. Each companion has personal quests that change depending on how you treat them.

Combat is flexible. Pause and plan, or charge in swinging. You control your whole party or just yourself. I died. A lot. Especially on higher difficulties. But that tactical pause saves your skin more times than you'd think.

The world is huge. Ferelden, Orlais, the Hinterlands - you can spend hours just exploring. Ride a horse, hunt dragons, close rifts. Sometimes you just stand there and stare at the scenery.
