You wake up in a strange MMO with no memory. Your name is Lea, and you toss glowing spheres at anything that moves. Welcome to CrossWorlds. This is CrossCode, a retro-inspired action RPG that blends fast combat with tricky puzzles.

Bounce spheres off walls. Charge them up for more damage. Get too close and you'll whack enemies instead. Easy? Not really. You'll die plenty.

CrossCode Gameplay

Combat is fast and positional. Hold the fire button to charge your sphere. Release for a precise shot. Miss? It bounces off walls and might still hit something. Not gonna lie, that feels great when it works.

Puzzles require the same trick. Redirect energy through switches. Time your throws. One wrong move and you restart. I died. A lot.

Lea's memory loss drives the story. NPCs in this MMO have agendas. Some help. Others... let's just say trust isn't a given. You explore zones, fight robots, and unlock skills through a circuit tree. Available in English, German, Japanese, Korean and Simplified Chinese.

If you want a game that respects your reflexes and your brain, CrossCode is worth your time. Just don't skip the tutorial.
