Inside Fatal Frame Maiden of Black Water
The Camera Obscura is back. Point, focus, snap – that's how you send spirits packing. But water changes everything. Wade through a stream and your lens charges up. So do the enemies. Great.
You play as Yuuri, Miu, or Ren. Each has their own reason for being on that mountain. Yuuri sees memories. Miu wants her mom. Ren just wanted a story. Honesty? He got more than he bargained for. There's also a bonus character – Ayane from Dead or Alive. Weird crossover but it works.
Unlike older games, the areas are open. Forests, lakes, graveyards – you can actually get lost. The Wii U gamepad trick (tilting for more damage) is gone on PC, but the fear isn't. Water drips everywhere. Shadows move. Sometimes you just stand there and stare.
Available in English, Polish, German, Japanese, Chinese and more languages. Audio in English or Japanese.
